A Personal Note from Andrew Serafini

I am honored you’ve taken the time to look around our site. Our company’s vision is summarized in this statement:

The Serafini Financial Group is a financial planning firm, driven by Christian principles that impacts the lives of our clients and our community through excellence in financial planning.

What do we mean when we say our company is ‘driven by Christian principles?’

Jesus said the greatest command is to love God, and then love our neighbors. It is my belief that we love God by observing Christian principles in every area of our lives, including our business activities. Christian principles are the foundation upon which we build a better world for ourselves and our clients.

As we seek to run our company on Christian principles, we look at Christ’s life and do our best to apply the principles and teachings of His life to our activities, both in our business and private lives.

Personally, this means two very important matters for us:

  1. The first is integrity. Integrity is about Christ-centered living. It is about doing what is right rather than what is convenient. We will with integrity make our business decisions based on the standards and principles of God’s word and character—righteousness, truth, and honesty.
  2. We are also committed to excellence. Paul said, “This is a trustworthy saying. And I want you to stress these things, so that those who have trusted in God may be careful to devote themselves to doing what is good. These things are excellent and profitable for everyone.” (Titus 3:8) I know that if we’re going to impact our clients and add value to their lives, our goal must be to bring glory to God through our commitment to excellence in everything we do in serving them.

In all that we do, we will work ‘heartily as unto the Lord’ for the glory of God, and for the good of our clients and employees. (1 Cor 10:31, Col 3:23 ESV)

God Bless,

Andrew Serafini
